4 Stroke Engine Oils


ZFS 10w40 Data sheet 1117 Competition full synthetic engine oil. Full synthetic engine oil. Contains no friction modifiers, for motorcycle engines with one oil system for engine, gearbox and wet clutch system. Developed and proven under racing conditions and ideally suited for competition, track day and fast road use. Meets and exceeds Japanese standard JASO MA and API SJ.
ZSS 10w40 Data sheet 1118 Competition semi synthetic engine oil. Suitable for wet clutch application and offering excellent performance at reasonable cost. Suitable for all road and spirited track day use.
ZSS 20w50 Data sheet 1119 Competition semi synthetic engine oil. A unique semi synthetic 20w50 formulation which includes an EP (extreme pressure) additive making it ideal for large capacity 4 stroke motorcycle engines and gearboxes. The EP content provides added performance advantages for engines with wet clutches. Proven in Paris Dakar Rally and other prestigious off road events.
ZCB 40R Data sheet 1120 Competition castor based engine oil. A castor based engine oil that gives that traditional smell! ZCB40R provides the excellent lubricating performance traditionally associated with castor oils, but with additional anti wear and minimum lacquer characteristics. Suitable for all 4 stroke applications and engines running on methanol.





 


2 Stroke Engine Oils
KR2T Data sheet 1319 Unique SAE 40 formulation, with performance and low ash profile. Specifically developed for high revving 2 stroke engines. Tested and proven in Rotax Max and Honda TM Kart engines. Suitable for bikes, karts and all 2 strokes.
ZFS 2T Competition semi-synthetic 2 stroke engine oil. A state of the art, low smoke formulation. For motor sport or road use. Provides excellent performance at a reasonable cost.

Gear Oils
ZRX75 Data sheet 1211 Competition full synthetic light gear oil. Provides maximum protection and improved gear change with minimum power loss. Suitable for motorcycles, karts and scooters with separate gearboxes. Proven in sequential gearboxes in 2 and 4 wheel motorsport applications.

Fuel Treatments
CVL Turbo Data sheet 1314 Octane booster for ultimate performance. Adds up to 4 octane (40 octane points) providing up to 103 octane when added to a premium brand super unleaded fuel. Provides flame front control to prevent detonation. Suitable for occasional use in catalyst equipped motorcycles.
CVL Data sheet 1301 Competition valve lubricant.
Formulated to enable competition engines without knock detection and electronic engine management to run safely on unleaded fuel. Lubricates valves, controls the flame front and prevents detonation.
Octane Plus Data sheet 1305 Octane booster. Adds up to 2 octane (20 octane points) to base fuel and provides flame front control. Now suitable for use in Euro IV emission equipped motorcycles.

Other Motorsport Products
Racing Brake Fluid 300 plus Data sheet 1315 Extremely high dry boiling point, at least 310 centigrade, with exceptional resistance to vapour locking and good compressibility for improved brake feel.
Competition Assembly Lube Data sheet 1308 Anti wear additives for initial assembly of engines and transmission. An engine oil based formulation, very high in anti wear additives to reduce wear at initial start up. Formulated to cling to the metal surface prior to start up and then dissolve into the engine oil. Will not block oil passages like some anti scuffing pastes.
